This is a 6 month course with 9 classes in the series. Each class is generally every three weeks.
Help prepare your top operators for a supervisor role by equipping them with the leadership skills to effective manage a team.
This program focuses on problem-solving, effective communication, productive conflict resolution, ethics, building self-confidence and trust, and team-building.
Each participant will select a project to complete in the workplace with assistance from the course instructors. The ultimate goal of this course is to provide new supervisors with the essential tools and knowledge to succeed in a leadership role.
