As the saying goes, “change is the only constant in life.” This is especially true in today’s competitive business environment, where organizations must constantly adapt and improve to maintain a competitive edge. In this course, you’ll learn about how change affects both our personal and organizational lives and the organizational issues that impact change. We’ll also examine the techniques for driving organizational change and how to make that change meaningful for both the supervisor and the employee. The overall goal is to better equip you to successfully navigate the changes you face every day at work.
