A 9- Day leadership training series for Team Leads/Supervisors.
New supervisors and team leads need new tools and skills to successfully lead within your organization. In this 6-month, intensive course, participants will learn and practice key skills every supervisor/team lead needs. Each session introduces new topics with an emphasis on how to apply these skills in the workplace. The course facilitator will provide a forum for discussion of impact and results. Each participant will also select a project to complete in the workplace with assistance from course instructor and sponsors, AND, depending on the project, the course may pay for itself!
