As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, and your local economic development organization (LEDO), the EDC of Elkhart County works tirelessly to ensure our local employers don’t just survive but thrive.
Our Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) Program is our most powerful tool for safeguarding local jobs. Through deep-dive interviews and proactive outreach, we connect local companies with the resources, funding, and workforce training they need to expand and grow their businesses right here in Elkhart County.
