Leadership can often be hard to define and can mean different things to different people. Charisma, energy, solid decision-making, and an unwavering sense of direction are just some of the traits needed in a leader. They create an inspiring vision, and then motivate and inspire others to reach that vision.
The Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County is pleased to announce a Leadership Training Series delivered by the Purdue Technical Assistance Program that addresses the recurring management challenges that new and experienced leaders encounter on a daily basis. If you have new leaders in your organization or want to further develop existing staff – register for one workshop or the whole series!
Session One – Leadership Essentials & Situational Leadership (Aug 24)
Session Two – Managing Across Generations (Sept 21)
Session Three – Stress & Time Management (Oct 19)
Session Four – Managing Organizational Change (Nov 10)
Session Five – Emotional Intelligence (Dec 14)
