To earn your Advanced Manufacturing (Lean) Practitioner I certificate, please register for the entire series, which includes all 5 workshop dates. You may also register for the individual workshop dates at a daily rate.

- Nov. 3: Principles of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Culture – register by 10/27
- Nov. 10: 5S System – The Visual Workplace – register by 11/3
- Nov. 17: Principles of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) – register by 11/10
- Dec. 1: Quick Changeover/Set-up Reduction – register by 11/24
- Dec. 8: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) – register by 12/1
Intended audience: New and experienced Customer Service and Sales Representatives who want to develop or improve their conflict resolution skills. Also suitable for individuals who have experience resolving conflict but are in need of new practical ideas for dealing more effectively with customer conflict.
Workshop length: 8 hours – 8:30AM – 4:30PM
Cost: $1625 for the entire series. $325 for an individual workshop.
